Common questions
The Dashboard/Trends/Log screens are empty on first launch.
Steadion reads from Apple Health, so a fresh install has nothing to show until you grant Health access and have at least a few days of glucose or other readings in the Health app. Pull to refresh after adding data in Health.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, and for HbA1c results and goals, in your own private iCloud account. Steadion doesn't ask you to create an account or login. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I change my glucose units or targets?
Open Settings → Goals. Units (mg/dL or mmol/L), glucose targets, and your HbA1c target are all editable there.
Where does Steadion's health information come from?
From published medical sources, such as the American Diabetes Association's Standards of Care. Every target, range, estimate, and nudge in the app links to its source where it appears, and Settings → Health Information Sources lists them all.
